LINDEN RESIDENCE

The facade of this house on Linden Avenue was badly in need of updating.  ASONE designed a screen of cedar slats and combined it with a sculptural front porch element to bring new life to the facade.  A new set of concrete steps, complementary landscaping, and an integrated bench create a sense of enty at the front door.  The new cedar clad deck outside the master bedroom offers incredible views over the mountains.   New windows and doors help modernize and add curb appeal to an otherwise straightforward house design.
